Competition

In relation to competition law, the main area in which we get involved is the application of Article 101 of the TFEU to commercial agreements. We have experience of assisting our clients in this area, including drafting agreements that are designed to fit within a block exemption regulation (eg the Technology Transfer Regulation or the R&D Agreements Regulation).
